"I have lived here for 10 years, it's a great place to live. My unit is great however from time-to-time things do need adjustment or repair. they have a small maintenance staff, but every time i place a work order in I am impressed with how quicky the staff responds and completes the needed adjustments. the maintenance staff is friendly cautious and skilled."

"Overall, A Dump. Inept, lying management. The "old couple in the managers office" is still stealing security deposits. Everything is old, broke and smells, including the gym. Darien code officers have to come out to enforce the law. When you're not home, the maintenance guys allow contractors to plug into your unit's outside power. Only security cameras are on your children and young adults at the pool while old maintenance guy watches from inside. Many folks move out in the middle of the night. It's like that."

"Terrible managment and corporate office. Managers are Extremely rude and will not respond to your emails or request to fix any damages inside the apartment. Maintanence crew always neglecting maintanence issues. Maintance crew is lazy and nothing is clean or kept up to covid regulations. Corporate will end your lease on a short notice and will pick and choose who gets to lease here. Your deposit check will not be returned. Hallways reak like cigarettes and pot. No air ventilation in the bathrooms which causes mold to be growing on the walls. Mold is building in all of the building. Parking lot turns into a lake when it rains. Wont fix any of the gym equipments for the past year. Wont fix any of the damaged wall paper in the hallways. Save your money and live somewhere else"

"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. There are so many things wrong with this place, but there are 3 things I think anyone should know before moving in. 1. YOU are responsible for ventilation, so that means that even though the property does not have proper ventilation you will be responsible for any mold. 2. They DO NOT keep up with maintenance, be it your unit or the club house they do not replace things in a timely manner. 3. THEY WILL end your lease over petty issues and not tell you why....... Over all no one should waste their money on this place that is nearly 100 years old when the property refuses to make any improvements, but they will surly keep increasing your rent.....ALSO beware of the apartment snitch he will be your downfall"

"This is a very quiet place, you live with happy and friendly people, it is a place that has everything to live comfortably, gym, pool, washing machines on each floor of the building, it is well maintained. the people in charge of the departments are helpful and friendly. I love living here. Many things nearby, Walmart, Aldi, etc. the schools are the best. I love this place. It is my very sincere opinion."
