"Last Friday, placed an order for medication online the same day I went to the clinic. Clinic & vet failed to notify me that the vet who could prescribe the meds would be out of town for the remainder of the month so would not be able to prescribe said prescription for my dog. Called on the following Tuesday, the front desk worker said they had the paper and would have a travel vet sign off on it. Then on Friday notified me that if I really needed it, I could go ahead and waste more money on another unnecessary visit for a prescription the original vet prescribed. Update: After going up to the clinic the issue was able to be resolved. Three stars for the inconvenience of the whole situation."

"Excellent Petsmart Banfield Hospital and Salon right beside it. There was a cancellation at the salon and someone else, other than the person assigned, was able to take care of my baby. She was so sweet and did a great job. The ladies that opened the salon were so nice. The vet Dr. D and his associates at Banfield Hospital have always been very kind and helpful to us too."
