"If your pet has a symptom that appears to be unrelieved by treatment here, I suggest multiple professional opinions outside of Banfield. I believe delayed referral and dismissal of what would turn out to be a cancerous lesion on my pet, is majority why I had to put him to rest sooner. I’m still traumatized by the whole experience of losing my baby. If it could be something serious, take your pet elsewhere, where your concerns are not ignored."

"I had an emergency Saturday afternoon and my grandpup Pac-Man needed to be seen because I was very concerned about his left eye. I certainly did not want to go to a dog emergency room because of the cost and definitely did not want to wait until Monday because they are closed on Sunday. I called Banfield Kingwood, was advised to bring him in. He was seen, treated and placed on antibiotic drops. There was no cost for the visit, only the medication. I was able to get a good night’s rest knowing that he would be ok. The doctor even showed me how to put his drops in. So thankful to God that he’s in a wellness plan. It’s certainly worth it."

"I brought my dog here because she was lactating, I thought she was pregnant. They told me she was pregnant and quoted me $2000 to spay her and terminate the pregnancy. I then took her to emancipet who did her spay the same week for $75, and discovered she WAS NOT PREGNANT. If I had stayed and paid this facility I would have never known that she was never pregnant and would have been out $2000. Do not trust these people. They are liars and obviously just want money."

"We are new to this area and didn't have a vet, yet. Our old man kitty became very sick. It was on Thurs. I set up an online appnt with another vet for the next day. But they called me to say they couldn't see him for 2 weeks. This couldn't wait. I called every place on google in our area - 12 places. They all said 'sorry, call ....' Some told me right off they couldn't see him for 2 weeks. But when I called Banfield in Kingwood, Sean was the only one who asked me what was going on with my kitty. He was the only one, of all the places I called, who asked and then he found a spot for them to see him early the next morning. He was so kind and understanding with me on the phone. I am so thankful for his kindness. When we arrived the next day, we went to the wrong location. I called the correct location (Kingwood) and was told to still come in, they will still take him. The staff was so concerned for my kitty, they examined him in the waiting area, enough to know he was in an emergency state and sent us to the ER with him. I am so grateful for Banfield in Kingwood and the kindness Sean and all the staff gave us. We found our Vet for any further needs with our other pets!"
