"I’ve lived here since 2018 and overall it was a relatively great experience. The space in my apartment was plenty with lots of closets and windows with natural light. In unit laundry in addition to laundry units in the building was a true plus. I really appreciated the improvements that have been made since new management came in. Including the work done in building hallways and common areas. The space is really clean and welcoming now. Maintenance crew were really nice and the few minor issues I had were always fixed right away. Management is very kind and tentative and helpful when needed. The parking is easy and I appreciated having a package room to receive packages securely. The monthly events for residents were also a nice incentive. Pricing is reasonable given the price of rent these days. But amenities, square footage, and location do justify it in the end. I had a really great living experience here and I’ll be sad my time is ending at Fieldpointe but it was a great place to live over almost 6 years and I highly recommend it for the Northwest suburb area."

"I recently ended my lease with Field point of Schaumburg , and I feel it's important to share my experience for the benefit of future tenants. I gave a 40-day notice before leaving, as per the agreement, and even found a potential sublease to ensure a smooth transition. However, I encountered significant challenges with the management team during this process. The communication from the management was minimal and lacked clarity, which made the process more difficult than necessary. Despite my efforts to adhere to the proper procedures, I felt that the responsibility of facilitating the sublease was unfairly placed on me, a duty I believe should have been managed by the professional team. Furthermore, I was disappointed with the lack of notification regarding the transition to collections, which added unnecessary stress to the situation. The interaction with one of the staff members was particularly disheartening; it lacked the professionalism and respect I expected. This people are the worst they won’t help nor do their job, just forget about it. The short Mexican girl won’t do her job properly, I just don’t get it how this people get this kind of job and Jose, I think he’s the manager he’s not helpful at all no wonder why everybody is leaving the community. The community is really good but this management will destroy it. It’s either they get fired OR THEY START DOING THEIR JOB properly.!!!!! With all due respect but everything that you mentioned down bellow it’s all lie you didn’t provide with anything, you just basically told me to do your job instead of you doing so everything you wrote down it’s all a lie, like I said your management it’s the worst. You didn’t provide me with anything!!!!"

I couldn’t have asked for any other guide to assist us this day. She has so much knowledge of the property, amenities and what’s offered. She made sure our wants and needs could both be catered to in our search. Maintenance requests are always handled in a timely manner!"
