"Moved in a yr ago and apartment infested with roaches I mean they don’t even look like roaches I don’t know what they look like it’s scary and the rent is $1222 went up the hallways smells so bad I just didn’t have no where to go but I will not recommend unless u homeless"

"The little time I stayed here, I had great memories. Parking is not the best and the maintenance man seem like he didn’t know his left from right, but the prices are decent for a person who is starting off. I hate that the water would be off for “maintenance” like once a week but other than that a great start until you’re able to afford the $1100+ for amenities (gym, pool, washer/dryer in unit)."
"You will have roaches the moment you move in. They tell you that they have exterminators come frequently. They do, but all he does is put down some roach poison that you can buy at the store. And he only puts down the tiniest bit. We have bought our own roach traps, poisons and repellents. But it's still not enough. Enjoy having them crawl across you at night. We told mayonnaisem and the office for six months our heater wasn't working, they never came to fix it, so we had to come up with our own solutions. The laundry machines don't have hot water. The office has very restricted hours. Also there are several people who deal drugs out out of their window in the building. It's l like a druggy drive through and you'll hear people coming to knock on their windows all hours of the night to order drugs. Other than that the other tenants are nice."
"If I could give it no stars I would. Moved in here and not even a week later, i had roaches. I discovered a leak in my ceiling and reported it before work. When I got home I found that maintenance had removed half the ceiling in my kitchen and left a pipes exposed. Later that night I woke up to a loud crashing noise. Turns out the rest of my kitchen ceiling caved in. Management turned around and blamed me, saying I should’ve reported the leak sooner. I understand the price is cheap and tempting but just beware."
