"I have been living here for about 3 months now and I love it. The rent is affordable and the quality of my apartment is great. I have a deluxe one bedroom and I am beyond pleased with appliances, flooring, counters, cabinets, and shower. The air conditioner is a wall unit but it keeps my unit cool with ease, unlike other places I’ve lived. The hot water is excellent and the utility fees are always low. Laundry machines use a card that is reloaded, and each building has a machine, so there’s no need to carry baskets outside. Each building requires a fob to enter, which provides extra security. Additionally, the pool, fitness center, and business center are open 24/7 and are kept in excellent condition. I strongly recommend moving to The Birches if you’re looking for an apartment in the Joliet area. Most of the other complexes in town cannot compare, and you’ll end up paying more to end up with roaches and other inconveniences."

"I moved into the Birches sight-unseen because I was coming from out-of-state. Megan was wonderful to work with during the whole process. She was responsive to my calls and emails, and very thoughtful. She sent me photos of the apartment, measured the rooms, and even went so far as to make sure the mattress I'd ordered was put into the apartment before I got there. Since I've been here, Megan and Diane have been welcoming and helpful. The bathroom sink was clogged when I arrived, and within a day of me calling to have it fixed, it was fixed! The community feels safe, and it's peaceful and quiet."
