"They charge 100$ deposit and talk to you like your a dirt bag or criminal really! Im.a trucker and I may look disheveled from the road sometimes but I make alot of $ and just wanted a night out of the truck I will not be returning to there again ever and the fidge was broken too.pretty crappy hotel for the price at least they could be polite it is not industry standards to charge deposits I don't experience that anywhere else !"
"We came to stay at the Wingate and our TV in our room did not work. Nobody could fix it. They had us move to another room. It already unpacked all of our belongings clothes and food. Remove to another room and that TV did not work. We said we were going out to dinner and would like it fixed by the time we got back . And we got back from dinner all of our belongings were in the lobby. They had went into our room without our permission while we were at dinner and removed all our belongings and will not let us go back to the room to even check to see if everything was there including my medication. Accused us of breaking the TV. It was an absolute nightmare. Throw some of our belongings into a bag and some glass objects broke my husband's watch broke I cut my finger on broke glass they forgot our phone charger and called the police because I was crying in the lobby. We left and got a room somewhere else and are now calling the police"
"Well the room was nice, breakfast was good and different each day,service was great..pool area is not good the whirlpool was very dirty had heavy amount of sand on bottom ,along with discolored water that looked like it was full of urine and smelt like it,pool had weird film on top of water and was cold so never got in. Rented this hotel for the hot tub which was very disappointed that we couldn't even use it! The elevator was slow and rocked like it was gonna fall. The looks of this hotel are nice but their pictures online do not equal to what it looks like now. Had a good stay for 3 days but wouldn't book again!"
