"If you have kids avoid these apartments. management of NGB Leasing LLC will not fix any maintenance issues, if you let them know about issues in the apartments they will give you a notice and not fix it. Recently they have been allowing drug dealers to come and go and won't do anything. I've had to fix my lease multiple times where now its not even a full year. There is way too much drama and threats from the friends and users in the buildings. They excessively enter the apartments every month for "bugs" when mine was a new unit and there was no evidence of bugs. I wouldn't move here if your neighbors don't like you they will harass you until you have to involve the police. Eventually you will be the one to have to move so just don't. Residents are allowed to assault staff and other residents and if you speak the problem you end up with a note on or by your door from NGB Leasing trying to wrongly make a family homeless. I wouldn't go through the trouble with this place or its landlord, Sarah Hensel. Update. The dryer is completely broken. Spending 3x as much just to dry 2-3 things. The fan in the laundry room is also broken. Residents have gotten hurt on unplowed walkways and driveways. The residents are a lot of elderly and disabled people they shouldn't have to just deal with the maintenance issues and safety of getting to the garbage or their cars. I will post some pictures on another update about the "playground" and the trees falling on the kids bikes. It is unsafe to have our children playing with tree branches falling. Wait til you see the "playground"."
