"I lived here for 3 semesters, 2 bedroom option, 2018-2019. Loved being so close to campus especially because I didn't have a car. Leasing office right around the corner so could drop off rent every month. Quiet building, safe area. Burger King, Chipotle, Starbucks, Sonic in walking distance, near CVS for pharmacy needs. More affordable option than UP while still having good sized apartment. Lots of counter & cabinet space in bathroom. Bring box fan to blow ac around, and baseboard heating gets pretty warm in winter, but does its job!"

"Cat got towed and scratched. I moved in January 2017. Renewed lease in March for July 17 - July 18. They didn't give me new tags. Parking tags expired Aug26. Sep 1st car got towed. Had to pay $176 to thier towing company partner Went to complain, was talked down like a child saying we put fliers on everyone's doors (mine really didn't have) saying to make sure tags are on and parked legal. No one would cut me a break either on rent or towing fee. Just a pure blame game. I have never been late on my rent, always been curtious & polite to all staff, but this is ridiculous. Especially knowing that Jim Mason works with so many legal systems. Probably to take money from tenants left, right, up and down. Insanity!"
