The university village has improved indefinitely over the years to best accommodate us tenants. I’ve never had any issues involving my safety and always had great neighbors."

I was only living there for a year and during that year I experienced pest infestation , loud music being played often, foul smelling washer and dryers inside of laundry room and I could go on. Inside my lease it stated any problems like the ones I just mention would be taken care of by maintenance. False, maintenance doesn’t care much took them 7months to replace my closet doors that fell down after 3 weeks of being housed. Please everyone be cautious with places you move too. Seems like a great place to live but Looks can be deceiving ."
