"I lived in this complex for two years and I'm left with nothing but good things to say. If it weren't for relocating closer to work, I wouldn't have left. Brittany and Jessica in the office have been wonderful to work with over the years - quick to respond, always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. From the day I started my application process, before I was even a tenant, I felt welcomed into the community. Maintenance was always on top of fixing issues, although I didn't have many in my time here. The unit was very affordable, large, clean, no issues with bugs. Even though I'm not a student, the free computer lab was so convenient! I wish I didnt have to leave, highly recommend this apartment complex!"

"Honestly feels like I hit the jackpot choosing to move here. I originally chose them because a couple close friends were renting with them, but I have since found many reasons to stay. The maintenance team is the MVP- they've fixed things same-day on many occasions and are incredibly professional and courteous. The gentlemen on the team work hard to keep the parking lots and sidewalks clear and safe in the winters which is a godsend given my car's garbage traction. The office staff is also top-tier, shoutout to Britney and Jessica for their quick responses and helpfulness. In terms of amenities, it's a great setup- my mom is jealous of my stackable washer-dryer unit, there's a package room at the office for deliveries, and campus is a walkable distance if I don't want to take one of the many buses that quite literally stop in front of my building. There's also a nice forested area nearby for quiet nature walks that completely transports you from the center of a busy residential neighborhood to a comfortable natural oasis if you're like me and need a little tree therapy every once in a while. Overall, I really love it here- it's more than worth the reasonable rent cost and the staff and amenities are top-tier. If you're looking for a good college apartment that has it all taken care of, Eco Park is well worth your time!"

"Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff! Maintenance very on top of things. The apartment was obviously lived in before, but felt clean and new for us when we moved in. There is plenty of space and we've already had a number of people come over for visits. We always have parking right outside our door. It's conveniently located. It's a great first place for this newly married couple. The staff being so amazing truly is the best perk about being here. It is clear they care about us as people, not just a paycheck. If you have the opportunity to do it, just do it!"

"This has been a great place for me in the past 3 years. Yes, they're college apartments and the apartments themselves are pretty basic, but I was here to study & it's been a great place for that. The office has always been on top of any noise issue that I had ( like 2) & enforcing the property rules, which I appreciate. Having a computer lab here made my life so much easier too. I didn't have to run to campus all the time. Everyone has always been helpful and made my time here so less stressed than prepping for grad school could have been."
