"This place feels like a fever dream. On 01/30 I triple checked with the front desk to make sure that my insurance was accepted at this location and was told that it was. I was then told I had a $60 copay with my insurance for the visit (which was paid). Fast forward to today I was told that my insurance was in fact not covered at this location and was going to be billed out of pocket and if I had any questions I was to follow up with the billing team. The front desk said she didn’t know the answers to my questions because she didn’t handle billing. What a joke! As someone who works with insurance daily, patients should know if you are out of network and the costs of the procedures before even seeing the Dr. I was told that I was in network and paid the $60 copay, but now all of a sudden for my first visit I owe $1500? And to make things worse I log into their patient portal to find out what costs so much and I was charged for an office visit, medical care (what medical care was done? I literally got weighed, pressure taken and spoke with the dr? All for 700?) and to top it off I am also being billed for nasal surgery? I did not have nasal surgery done is this a sick joke? What a hassle this has been. This could have all been avoided if I was told from the start that my insurance was not accepted because I would have not seen the doctor if that were the case. They only care about money for sure, otherwise I would not be in this mess."

"This was my first visit and everything was excellent. From Waverly to the office staff. Waverly did a thorough exam and explained everything to me very carefully. The front desk employee made the “new patient “ paperwork very easy. I was prescribed new medications and Waverly called me the next day to explain the prescriptions! This visit was exactly as you would expect a top notch medical facility to operate. Can’t thank them enough. Excellent all the way!!"
