"I’m truly trying to like these apartments but they are not giving for the price and accommodations. I believe for the price they could be better. I guess this is what you get for a mixed income and for the apartments receiving federal funds."
"These apartments are so clean and nice and is very peaceful. They helped me to get in very quickly in a time of need. The ladies in the office ( Malinda and Luwana ) are excellent and will help any way they can to help make your stay a great one. The price is very reasonable and it has a big laundry room with a gym to workout and an underground pool for the summer. There is also a basketball/ tennis court along with a grilling area. The maintenance people are also great and are right there to help if needed. I am so thankful for everything they have done for me and everyone else here. This is an excellent place to live!!"
"I have lived here for 4months. The leadership is amazing.Lawanna always put her residents first. The staff is always helpful. I would highly recommend. Great place too live!"
"If I could give less than one star, I most definitely would! This was the most gross, bug infested, outdated apartment I’ve ever leased. As a matter of fact, I was there less than two weeks but took a month or so to get out of my lease. I immediately reported the first bug I saw in the apartment. The EXCUSE was there was a tenant who was moving out had bugs. I’m guessing the bugs were relocating too. I was also told that had “never” happened before. Let me add, I never had food in the apartment. I ate my meals at work. They had someone to come out and spray only to return a few days after bug treatment to be awaken by bug crawling on me. Again, I immediately reported this and given the option of moving across apartment complex into their furnished modeled apartments which was just as bad! There were dead roaches on kitchen counter as well as front door entrance. There were also dead bugs on the bathroom counter as well as crawling on the floor. Pics and videos were submitted to the office only to receive an apology and the option to move into another apartment. Although my mind was made up, I still spoke with other current tenants who lived in other buildings stated they were having issues with bugs. One was moving out because of the infestation. After paying all their fees, I was only returned my deposit. The fact that I’d bought everything new in the apartment and had to throw away because I wasn’t risking taking any with me was never acknowledged. I even called the corporate office and they decided as well to TAKE MY MONEY! One more thing… I was told while awaiting for my answer about the cancellation of my lease, I’d be reimbursed for hotel fees… they never happened either!"
"If you like to pay way too much to live, this is the place! So overpriced it should be illegal! Enjoy the 6 busted washing machines and terrible workout equipment. Enjoy constant noise from thin walls and old water pipes! Enjoy paying more than a mortgage for a tiny apartment!"
