"Great, clean, comfortable rooms. Glad to get off the icy roads and land here! Lobby was cold from the extreme weather conditions outside. Staff was super friendly and the breakfast attendant the next morning was super friendly, efficient, and he went above and beyond to please all guests. Loved it here!"

"Room was immaculate. Shower head was nice and high up which my 6’4’ husband loved. Breakfast was very typical but good. Service throughout the hotel was exceptional. Highly recommend."

"I checked in at 1am. local time, but I never understood why I should pay the full rate for 6-7 hours. The room was nice, new, clean, and comfy. The only negative I had was that I had a methane smell in the bathroom like the toilet was backed up. Still wish Holiday Inn Express would have more food options for people with gluten allergies. The eggs tasted like plastic. The banana and yogurt were good."

"We stay at Holiday Inn Express Hotels most of the time. This one is exceptional. Front desk clerks are terrific and recommended a great place for dinner. The free breakfast was so good. Biscuits super fresh and fluffy with crispy bacon. Ren will take great care of you at breakfast too. He spreads the smiles and laughter while working too. He goes non stop and always checking on everyone."

"We stayed here Monday, Oct 16. Started with small stuff like missing some towels, no Kleenex. It was a chilly night so we turned up the heat. Nothing. Front desk clerk said they have radiant heat which is fine except it takes forever to warm up the room. No extra blanket so we froze until about 3am. Into the shower (that is moldy) in the morning, all wet, no soap in the dispenser. Had to call out to spouse to put some soap in a cup from the dispenser by the sink. Out of the shower, plugged in the hairdryer only to discover it didn't work. Had to go to the front desk and have the clerk track down a hairdryer from another room. But the topper had to be the dirty diaper behind the trashcan in the main room. Ew. Makes you wonder if they even cleaned the room at all. Thinking we could have slept in the car and had about the same experience (but with no dirty diaper.) Front desk clerk comped us a couple of bucks after we asked to speak to the manager. Manager, James, not around, so we called later in the morning. You cannot get through to the manger even though they tell you to call him. After a couple of tries, we left our name and phone number for a supposed return call. It's now a day later. Return call???? Why are we not surprised."
