"NO ONE AT FRONT DESK The front desk remote kiosk is not a good experience. It was hard to hear the individual through the poor quality speaker. One guest didn't speak English and they were so frustrated, I felt really bad for them as the kiosk person was trying to instruct them on where to pay, where to put keys. If a person was on site they'd have been more helpful. Room was fine. We understood it was a cheap place to stay the night."

"Nice clean hotel the people seemed friendly. Many restaurants nearby with a wide variety of food choices. Beds were comfortable, hot water plentiful. Check in and check out was not done by a in person human instead they had a person on a kiosk who you spoke with. The folks I saw using it along with myself didn't care for it at all. You were made to scan your driver's license and your credit card. This is something that should be done by an actual live ,touchable person not a zoom kiosk."

"Traveling with a cat is not easy. Many hotels claim to be pet-friendly but they aren't usually cat-friendly. This hotel is! The beds were comfortable, all you can need is available, everything was clean and quiet, the staff were friendly and helpful. It was a great stay."

"Finding cat-friendly hotels is next to impossible. They were the only ones my friend called that said they allowed them. Beds were comfortable, all your basic amenities were there! Room and public areas were nice and clean, and it was quiet even though I knew there were dogs across the hall! It's the exact halfway point from my spot in Michigan to my family in Louisiana and I will 100% be staying here again!"

"The hotel was in good shape for a 3.8 star hotel, I was pleasantly surprised. Also the price was much better than any other I paid during my week on the road. I don't make it a habit to stay at Supper 8 hotels, also my road rule is no hotel below a 4 out of 5 on Google. But I could not find another dog friendly room within an hours drive and i needed to rest."
