"Water pressure was pretty good. There was a very loud, approximately hour and a half altercation either in the hallway or an adjacent room. Management was less than helpful with the problem. They wanted us to move to another room at 2:30 AM rather than address the problem"

"Good, reasonable and in a very convenient location. Two more issues were, even the crappiest of the motels also give toothbrush and toothpaste, which they did not. And the old lady in the reception was quite rude and totally unprofessional. Better to get rid of stuffs like her. She was on duty today evening, just in case. Otherwise, 4/5."

"As a Choice Diamond member, I would stop here often on the way from Kansas City on the way to NC. I was in utter disbelief that this location has gone to a“virtual check in” kiosk. I don’t know who’s idea this was. But, I hope they step on a handful of Legos on the way to the bathroom at night in the dark and they don’t make it! This checkin experience was HORRIBLE! The one thing that makes for a great hotel experience after traveling ALL day is the face to face, person to person interaction with a real person to make you feel welcomed and appreciated. There’s NO comparison talking to a person on the other side of the world through a camera and a kiosk.(look closely at the picture and you can see the sun coming through the window behind her) If you’re expecting a welcoming conversation, good service and hospitality after a long day in a vehicle…This place ain’t it! If I could give -10 stars in the service category I would! Housekeeping is on point…5+ stars. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. But, I will NOT be back here again! As for Choice Hotels, if this is the “new thing”…as for me and my company, we’re out!"

"Clean and spacious room. The woman that checked us in was super nice. It was a bit weird using their new system where a guy checks you in on a kiosk across the world. She helped out however. Great location with restaurants and stores. Tractor trailer parking. P.S. to the guests that give back reviews that there are bugs. Dead crickets in a foyer area that is a direct door to outside is not a sign of a dirty hotel. Its getting chilly out and that is what bugs do. I am from Florida so I can assure others to look past reviews like this."

"I would've left 5 stars on the beds and pillows alone. If all you want is an inexpensive, comfortable place to sleep then this is fine. I was not happy with the kiosk. I want to interact with a real person. And I want to know a real person is monitoring who comes in for my safety. COVID is over and there's no need for social distancing, so that's not an excuse anymore. I was also not happy that breakfast wasn't ready at 6am like we were told it would be. I wanted to get on the road and waited 20 minutes until I finally gave up and went to McDonald's."
