Scheck & Siress: A Hanger Clinic Company

"As a 1st time patient to now, keep in mind my appointment occur in Dec. 18, 2023, its been a horrible experience. Lack of information, lack of ownership and no customer service skills. I work in a healthcare facility and this small clinic is so disorganize and no proper communication. Upon arrival according to the receptionist my daughter visit was not on the schedule but keep in mind I received an email and text confirmation and a call prior to the visit. They call me 3 days before my f/u appt. to pick up my daughter brace and now all of a sudden they need to push out my visit and in between the call I hear the receptionist go back and forth with someone in the phone instructing her to say this and that? I feel bad her been the middle person but I explained to them I understand if the change in appointment is due to personal conflicts from there office but that is not the case. I have express that I cannot miss work because I'm the only working single adult for my household is not easy rescheduling especially with 4 kids and work. After I receive my daughter brace I will NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN."

"I think that Common Courtesy is very lacking...along with Customer Service..My Pain Dr.asked me to find out when Orthotic would be ready in order to coordinate appointments. I called ..Monday spoke with Natalie asked to speak with Beth Petrovic.. She said she'd have her call me...Same thing next day...no call at all..Would these people want there family members treated this way. Mind you now this Orthotic has not worked since day 1 and I've been very patient. with Hanger..Of after getting my Copay..and I'm sure $$ from the Government.. / Courtesy. Where is Customer Service"

"Yes I highly recommend this place. I have Wonderful history with Scheck & Siress. Every since my youth days I have no complaints regarding this company. The staff is very professional and helpful, even the new ones who just starting their career with them. The owner now Mr. John who wasn't back in day. This was way before they moved their company to this facility, where they our now located on Harrison Street in oak Pk. Mr. John started at the old location, which he was just a young man who had just working for the company. Doing that time Mr John work for a man name Mr. Jim Kaiser, who was the owner of the old facility that was also located in Oak Pk right on Madison Street, right across from Wendy Restaurant and the Oak Rush Hospital. These two who I known to be over many years have never changes. They're the most respectable nicest human being that you would love to know. So, take it from me (your choice) but you will never regreted this decision. I been with them over 25 years or more. (I'm 65 yrs. Young). I truly love this place. I hope you will too."

"Hi, I am a 50-year-old person, and I have been suffering from polio for two months. I am Italian and in all these years I have been treated in Rizzoli of Bologna .. of course my situation has improved but I continued to have problems in walking, I wear corrective shoes.
