"This place is horrible, The owner is a slum lord. They hire bootleg maintenance workers who are not certified or qualified. They use old & used materials to fix all the apartments. They flood in the basements, the central air units are all old & the 2nd floors does not get cool in the summer & doesn't get warm in the winter. You will have to put heat over 80 degrees to get your home at at lease 73 degrees. Nothing is new here or fixed correctly. My ceramic tiled floors was not laid correctly in the bathroom or kitchen, now I can lift the tile off the floor. Asked them to fix 3 times & nothing has been done. There is a cricket problem in the apartments as well. All the tenants are getting VERY GHETTO, they play loud music after decent hrs, & cars get stolen!! The landscaping is horrible, they never trim, u will have mini trees growing in places it shouldn't be & that plays a big role with the crickets & there is more to tell. I have pics of everything. IJS, they just want money & don't want to provide the appropriate maintained, up to date apartments we pay them for. IM NOT A SECTION 8 HOLDER, I HAVE TO WRK HARD FOR MY MONEY!! WE HAVE TO HOLD PEOPLE ACCOUNTABLE LIKE THEY HOLD US ACCOUNTABLE!!"

"This place is horrible. The tenants are trouble makers and liars. I lived next door to a sex offender and they failed to divulge this information knowing I had children. (the reason me and my wife left) They say no pets are allowed but everyone here has dogs and cats. They play favoritism with tenants. I placed in work orders for various appliance malfunctions and they were never given any attention . The owner is bold and knocked on my door and informed us that company is not allowed at our unit after 10pm. One positive is that the maintenance men are friendly unlike the Rose Lady in Leasing office. So they are why I give this complex 1 star . And crime rate is going up because no 1 seems to work here. My car was broke into and they stole my battery and catalytic converter. Otherwise I warn everyone to stay far away from this place. I could refer you to a better homeless shelter before you give them any of your money."

"If you value your family DO NOT MOVE HERE! They don't want to fix nothing in the townhomes but want their rent on time each month. The basement floods were you can not put anything in there. My rug got mess up real bad. The ceiling leaks water. They have mice during the winter time and they does nothing to prevent it or stop it. We had to hire our own pest control to keep them out and to put a stop to it. There is nowhere for the kids to play and they keep saying they will build a playground for them but haven't and we have been here for 4 years and we got fed up and that is why we left. They say they would pave the parking lot for the last 2 years never did. If you also value you your cars watch out! Last and finally Police is always getting called over there because it always some type of disturbance going there an that is bad!"
