"We have enjoyed our experience at the Bogen! It was a great apartment to live at during my first semester at SLU Law! Our apartment was very nice and a great place to make our home while settling into St. Louis."
"As a tenant of The Bogen Lofts, I can confidently say that this is an incredible place to call home. The building itself is beautifully renovated, with high ceilings, exposed brick walls, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The apartments are spacious and well-designed, with modern amenities and high-quality finishes that make living here both comfortable and stylish. The building is also incredibly secure, with a key fob entry system and security cameras throughout the premises, giving me peace of mind knowing that I am living in a safe environment. Another thing that makes The Bogen Lofts truly incredible is the community here. The staff is friendly and responsive, always willing to help with any issues or questions that arise. The neighbors are also great - everyone is respectful of each other's privacy, but also happy to come together for community events and gatherings. Living here has truly felt like being part of a close-knit community, and it's been a wonderful experience. Overall, I would highly recommend The Bogen Lofts to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and welcoming place to call home."
"My wife and I have been living at the Bogen for a year and we love it! The proximity to all the fun stuff is awesome!! The exposed brick, wood beams and open duct work in the lofts look spectacular as is the view down Washington Avenue. Come check it the lofts out, you won’t be disappointed! Only down side is the parking but that’s just city living!!! O and one last note the staff are amazing people, maintenance and property management are spot on. Keep up the good work Angie & Allysia!!"
"We moved to Bogen Lofts sight unseen. Bogen Lofts property staff were incredibly easy to work with and provided excellent videos that did not disappoint upon arrival. We love the location, beautiful architecture, and history. The Bogen Loft community is friendly and fun. Shout out to the ladies in the property office and property staff. They are constantly working to keep our building comfortable and well maintained. They are friendly and always willing to give us tips to navigate living in a new city. It is downtown and may not be for everyone, but we love living here and all the gems St. Louis has to offer."
"I rented corner unit at the Bogen (H floor plan) for 15 months. While the actual unit was amazing, my time at the Bogen was not ideal. I was lured in by the internet special 2 free months rent; I quickly learned that you get what you pay for. Location: My unit was a corner unit at the intersection of Washington and Tucker. If you are like me, you will probably go view the apartment on a quiet weekday. Don’t be fooled; the surrounding areas changes on Friday at 4pm to around Sunday evening. During the summer months these two streets turn into a drag strip and Dodge Challenger and Charger in the greater St Louis area seems to converge on these two roads and race down the road revving their engines. As mentioned, this is an intersection so when vehicles are waiting at the light, they are blasting their horrible music. The brick walls do nothing to mitigate the noise and it sounds like you are in the car with them. I spent a lot of time walking around the area to walk my dog. The area behind the Bogen adjacent to the shell station is sketchy. Due to the close proximity to the St Patrick Center (homeless shelter) this area attracts a lot of homeless people. There is also something going on at the condo next to the shell. I’m pretty sure one of the ground units is a walk up drug store. I see people walking up to the window and exchanging money for little bags on the time. All this is right next to the Bogen. During my time there, the underground parking garage flooded and was out of service for weeks and yet we were still charged parking. Trash piles up in the hallways and the dog park becomes disgusting on the weekend. The turn radius in the parking garage is away to small. Ask to see the garage and note how many cars have yellow scrapes and paint transfer from hitting the pillars Attached are some pictures of my stay including a shooting outside my window. I called 911 before taking the picture. The kid lived. Stay away from the Bogen at all cost."
