"I am a recent transplant from Texas and I wanted to express my thanks to Rachel the Loft Manager at Peper Lofts. Rachel is the most professional, courteous, and respectful Manager I have encountered. My busy life and living at Peper has been very convenient. My transition was smooth and without complication. The building is quiet, immaculate, and super safe. Peper is within walking distance to countless restaurants, bars, shops, and museums. My Sister, Nephew and I were able to stroll to Enterprise Center in less than 25 minutes to see Eric Clapton! If one is a sports fan, check out the Famous St Louis Blues Ice Hockey team, and always, the Cardinals. I LOVE my stunning Loft and couldn't be happier with the flexibility of my lease agreement. Peper Lofts are always eager to please. The maintenance crew are very professional and understanding. For a large building they work tirelessly, going above and beyond to make sure their residents are always safe. The elevators are so practical for any one, but if you prefer you can take the stairs to the beautiful rooftop deck and enjoy a clear view of the beautiful Gateway Arch! I've even been able to see a picturesque sun rise over the Mississippi River. It's amazing! I am enjoying my pleasant and continued stay here at Peper Lofts."

"Peper Lofts is so pretty! I love the black & gold kitchen, high ceilings and exposed brick. It's right on the river so just outside of the hustle of the city but without all the noise, more quiet and pretty area with all the parks nearby. The building is super dog friendly, they even have a doggy area on the rooftop! Their gym has quite a lot of equipment and is never super busy. Love it here!"
