I was trying to recover from knee surgery and nothing seemed to help in the recovery until she realized that what was holding me up wasn’t my knee, but rather my quads. She started to work on my quads and almost instantly my body’s recovery process kicked in. I play goalie on an ice hockey team and due to my injury and subsequent surgery was having a hard time on the ice.
