"I arrived a tad late for my appt and this location was super accommodating and still took me first which I appreciated. All of the people working here were so kind and my phlebotomist was awesome. Making an appt and check-in were so easy. I just tapped the link in my text and my name automatically popped up on the board. No issues whatsoever. I will definitely come back here for future bloodwork."
"Only appointments aren't for 2 weeks. How is this viable for anybody with time restrictions??? My Job said I had to test within 5 days at a Quest. How is that possible with slow af facilities like this one? Automated system all around and zero employees in sight. Probably all out back smoking."
"If there was an option to not give any stars I would have done that. A urine test takes a few hours..maybe a day max but Quest not only took 5 days to have a result, they also didn't send my results to my doctor. I had to take a screen shot and send it to them. A urine infection is an extremely painful condition and for 5 days my condition is getting worse since I still haven't gotten any medication due to Quest not being able to have my result ready for 5 days and unable to send the result to my doctor. i am in a lot of pain and extremely upset."
"Refused to give a blood tb test for work what is point of advertisement. I think bc 530 am and the female did not feel like working so she refused in first 2 minutes of being there"
"They don't have any one working at front. There are tablets to sing in. I have had really bad experience with their lab. Today I saw two different patients stating that they had appointments but the system is not showing that they do. They had to sign in as a walk in and even than a lady showed up stating that they might not be able to take walk-ins as they are very busy and walk ins might have to wait for hours and service is not promised anyway. Not taking walk ins is not the problem here, the problem is communication. If there was a receptionist than people who walk in didn't had to wait for hours and than knowing that they were super busy. You get business from people. Having once receptionist won't break the banks.."
