"They never ever have openings to see my sick kids, I always have to take them to immediate care. What’s the point of a dr office if they can never see my kids????"

"I brought my first child here in 2010 and have since had 3 more children that were all patients here. I had initially really liked it. The actual pediatricians are quality pediatricians and kind. Once Advocate took over it went downhill. My biggest frustration is they could never see any of my children when they were sick and needed them. I was constantly told, sorry there were no available appointments for sick kids, sometimes for days at a time. I was always advised to go to urgent care. This is absurd! Having a pediatrician you trust is who you want to see when your kids are sick. Pediatric care is about more than well-visits and vaccines. Not to mention, I've spent thousands of dollars visiting in-network urgent cares over the past few years to have my kids seen for simple issues such as strep throat and ear infections. Having an actual sick visit with our established pediatrician would be a $20 copay. What an absolute disservice to your patients and their families. I have since transfered care to a new pediatrician affiliated with Children's Hospital. You have lost 4 longstanding patients with private insurance. Do better for your patients. Here to add that this week my children were seen at their new pediatrician's office. Two were for a well visit and one a sick visit. They got me in the SAME day for my sick child twice in the same week! No telling me to go to urgent care nonsense. The pediatrician then called my home to check on my sick child on a Friday night after hours. Never in twelve years did I receive the type of care we received in one week! Also, the staff is so personable with the kids. They were interacting and making them comfortable. Something we have never experienced. Please do yourself a favor and get yourself a new pediatrician. The difference has been night and day."

"My daughter has had great appointments over the last 4 years, but now that I have a newborn they think I have no idea what I am talking about. When he was 1 month they told me to start to supplement with formula because he was underweight, I asked if it would effect my milk they said it wouldn't but it did. 3 weeks later I made another appointment and remarks were made along the lines I was now overfeeding him. I made the appointment because my daughter had acid reflux and he was actung like her after eating. Recently, I tried to make an appointment for my baby being ill. They tested him for COVID and flu (both were negative)and diagnosed him with a double ear infection. That night his chest started compulsions and tight pulling so I took hum to rh ER and he tested positive for RSV. I took him yesterday for his 4 month appointment and ER follow up, I was told that he couldn't get shots because he's on antibiotics and that he is still underweight. She told that he needed an inhaler and MASK but the pharmacy only got the order for the inhaler but not the mask and I have called 3 times today for the mask and still hasn't even been sent to the pharmacy. I am done and uncomfortable with these physicians."

"Everyone is friendly and attentive. My kids have gone to the Dr.s at Children’s Health Center for the past two years - for routine check-ups, for sickness, and for larger concerns. When needed, tests have been scheduled, completed and I’ve been communicated with in a timely way. They really care about my kids."

"Worst experience I've ever had at a pediatricians office. My 22 month old has a fever, been vomitting, and coughing real bad. I work and made the appointment for when I got off. We were running late and I called to make sure we should still go. They said ok. When we got there every one was rude and unprofessional. The front desk girl had no clue what she was doing. Then they had us fill out paper work. We turned it in and they said Dr can't see her because we were late. Even after I called."
