"Took my 16 year old daughter on Saturday afternoon, 11/5, and the appointment was great. Didn't get the health care provider's name, but she was very thorough and explained everything."
"This is my second bad experience here. The first was about 6 months ago and then today my wife was denied healthcare at this facility because 2 of our children were with her. The associate at this facility was astonishingly rude - stating that we should come back "when you have childcare" and "we cant see you with them here". We will never return to this facility or any other Advocate Clinic. If you are scheduling an appointment here, I recommend you look elsewhere."
"I've been to this location a few times and this last experience took the cake. I scheduled an appointment via the website for 6:30pm. I also received a call and text to confirm my appointment. Then I received a call an hour before my appointment from Selena the nurse practitioner because she needed "a little more information" regarding my concern to see if I needed to go to immediate care or not. First off why are you calling me an hour before my appointment, while I am driving giving me the third degree over the phone and trying to diagnosis me? Very unprofessional, poor customer service and such harassment. I believe since the facility closed at 7pm and I had a 6:30pm appointment both staff wanted to leave work early so they wanted to push my concern somewhere else. I also work in the Healthcare industry and that's not how you treat patients in need of help. If you didn't want to work til 7pm then dont come to work. Selena and the other staff member should have a full professional evaluation of their nursing license because they clearly don't care about patient care."
"Made an appointment only for strep test. I was called 3-4 times regarding my insurance not being applicable and the out of pocket costs, which I agreed to, no problem. I was then called again to push my appointment back because they were “running behind”. Once I arrived, the NP told me I couldn’t be seen with my 1 y/o daughter in the room & was turned away. This was not mentioned once during the 3-5 calls I received. One side of my throat was swollen shut by the time I could make an appointment elsewhere (the following day). Patient care was not their priority, just the money. :/"
