"For the most part I enjoy living at Citrine. The amenities are nice and well maintained. The gym is clean and always accessible. The apartment was new when I moved in. The appliances are nice. A few complaints. First is the poor quality of the windows. They are drafty and allow hot weather in the summer and cold weather in the winter in. You cannot even sit in by the windows in the winter because of the cold air that blows in. The cost to heat the apartment is high. Water/sewer bill is pretty high as well. I live on the second floor with neighbors above and below me. The floors above squeak, and you can hear everywhere the neighbors walk at all times of the day/night. For new construction you would think they quality would be a lot better."

"Love the apartment. It is modern and bright. Besides the windows being a bit drafty in the cold weather, I have not had any other issues thus far. I love the amenities, and the people. I have made many new friends from living here. Cannot give a full 5 stars as nothing is perfect, but definitely worth a 4.5."

"I absolutely love living at Citrine. Any maintenance issue I have (very rarely), is always addressed with an immediate solution. The office staff handles everything with kindness. Leasing office staff can make or break the success of an apartment complex, and they are doing a fantastic job with this community. The amenities are awesome. The pool is a dream. The multiple gym areas are pristine and equipped with anything you could need or want to get a great workout in. The construction was finished quickly, and the complex is really beautiful. I’ve lived in many apartments, Citrine is by far the best place I’ve lived and I will absolutely be renewing my lease when the time comes. It’s quiet, safe, and very well maintained."
