"Wouldnt recommend. Paper thin walls, Maintenance is good super attentive and quick. You get what you pay for with the tenants. My neighbor below me had cops constantly at the unit and management never seemed to care. Rent is low but they charge an arm and a leg for cleaning when you leave but I think that's just to get ever last dime out of you so don't expect your deposit back. Going as far as complaining about a single hair on the sink. Laundry facility is dirty. The machines aren't the cleanest either stained or just flat out don't work. Honestly pay a little more and avoid the frustration."

"Paper thin walls, could hear my neighbors TV and coughing day and night from BELOW me, they also smoked cigs so badly it made my apartment smell as if it was coming from my own apartment. Parking lot doesn't get plowed when it snows. And the office won't do anything about any of it either. Also don't expect to get your deposit back even if you scrub the place. Paying the extra money to go anywhere else is worth it."

"Apartment complex exceeds expectations. Quiet and great environment. All staff is phenomenal. Maintenance has fixed all my issues in a very timely manner and in perfect order. The office ladies are excellent, so friendly and helpful. Makes you feel like family."
