"I don’t think you will regret moving in here. Apartment design feels premium compared to a lot of other apartment communities that I’ve toured. They have beautiful countertops and kitchen cupboards have a lot of space (what I feel). Everything about the apartment is perfect for me. And if you like a friendly community and management, this is be a great choice. Both Marley & Colleen are amazing managers, highly professional and also very friendly. They already organised two resident events since I moved in November. There is highway noise, but we got used to it in a day so not a big deal. Definitely check it out!"

"Great location! Close to a shopping center with everything you may need! However the walls/flooring insulation is not up to par! I was told they were made of concrete but I can hear highway fairly well when relaxing in my living room and my neighbors every movement. Also I can smell whatever my neighbor is cooking when my heat/air kicks on which is quite weird. My closet is super cold during this weather which I assume is an insulation issue as well. Beautiful finishes within the apartment but the quality and construction is poor."
