The Waterways of Lake Saint Louis Apartments

"Pros: Extremely friendly office staff, beautiful property with lots of green space, pond with swans, geese and ducks, repairs completed quickly. Con: no dog park, many people who live here have dogs, so this is disappointing and honestly ridiculous. I know this must affect business. There is so much space for one. Additionally there is dog poop everywhere. . As much as I love it here, the lack of a dog park has become a deal breaker. I will be looking elsewhere when my lease is up."

"I moved into the Waterways Community about six years ago. They definitely have spoiled me. Any time I reached out to maintenance they always responded promptly. The property is kept in pristine condition. You can feel the pride in the community. The management team has always been polite and courteous. I have started a new chapter in my life and will be leaving the Waterways Community. Without a doubt, if they need ever arose, I would return to The Waterways. I highly recommend The Waterways of Lake St. Louis."

"I relocated from another state and found this complex through my apartment searches. I worked with Jill and she was absolutely wonderful during the whole process from applying to reserving the apartment to move in day. Since moving in the staff have been very kind and informative. Communication is great. Really appreciate being able to have such an easy experience and love my home. Neighbors are great and my dog enjoys her walks. Plenty of area to walk her. Definitely recommend giving this one a look if you’re searching."

"I cannot say enough about the team and the facilities at Waterways. Every person has been wonderful- office, maintenance, management, all staff and even the contractors, the neighbors are also wonderful. Looking at other newer complexes highlights the lovely open spaces that are provided. Bottom line of course: the people make it so special. To name a few - goodness started with Keri, my leasing agent, followed by Barb the manager - amazing and kind and Nicole a very good person. Angela is on top of all business issues. Some of the newer folks seem to be fitting right in. Appreicate all of you so much Mary S."

"This is a wonderful place to live. The walking path around the lakes and tennis courts is a really nice feature of living here. The property is kept clean and things are kept in good repair. Best apartment I've lived in. It's also fun that the whole staff are dog lovers!"
