"Beautiful and very large community. Very clean and well kept. Unfortunately I didn't end up becoming a tenant here as I found a different place that worked better for my family. However Madison Prairie Point was one of my top options. The tour of the 3bdr unit we looked at was nice and the unit appeared just like the video on their website. I loved this because I knew what to expect and there were no surprises. My sister and I were treated well and the staff was very kind. Definitely would recommend"

"Allison was very friendly and patient, but the property manager on the other hand not so. She stated that she did not feel comfortable with me living on the property. To say those words as I am a different race was very disrespectful and uncomfortable. As I will not take away the fact that the property is nice but, I will never live anywhere where I'm uncomfortable, or talked to in a way that I was. Hopefully no one else has to go through this as I have. I wish you all the best."

"My fiancée and I just moved in to Madison and few months ago and have loved our time so far. The apartments are very spacious and the patio outside is a bonus. The staff here are polite and the maintenance crew is simply amazing. Only complaint would be the amount of kids running around in the evenings without any supervision in and out of the streets. This is really my only complaint about this property."
