"I can’t give a 0, but I wish I could. Office staff are extremely unfriendly and do not work with you at all. Broke up with my boyfriend and had to break the lease, went in to see what I had to do and was only told I’d have to pay 2 months rent. Went to give them my keys and termination fee and was told I’d have to pay 4 MONTHS. This was not told to me beforehand. I was also told that the email had changed to submit paperwork (my bad) but I had called everyday for the last week and a half and left voicemails and I never heard anything back from them. 0/10 DO NOT COME HERE! **Edit: I’ve tried calling and surprise, surprise they haven’t answered"

"Complex could be cleaner. Trash area and recycle bin is always a mess. Dog stations are always full on the weekends and often out of bags. Why not change the trash in them on Friday so they aren't overflowing on Monday? Trash pick-up throughout the complex on a daily basis could be better. Also, someone needs to do some poop clean-up, especially in front of units that use chains. These tenants should be fined for not cleaning up after pet. Pet clean up policy is not enforced AT ALL. Grounds are covered in dog poop. Carpet already has a bald spot from vacuuming, and we have been here 6 months. Rent rates are good and size of the unit is nice. Great storage and closet space in comparison to new complexes. Gates are better now that the incoming gate is open during the day. Overall, I would say an average living experience so far."

"I have been at the Enclave for the last few months and it has been great! I have found a place that I can call home. However, there has recently been a shift in management. I was concerned because sometimes change causes grief. However, I have been quite pleased with the new management. I have met with JoAnna and Brenna over the last two weeks to gather information needed for my unit; they have been so helpful! Thank you both for your generosity and kindness!"

"I had a tour earlier today & JoAnna was amazing! She helped me with every question I had and felt very comfortable to be here with her & about the community itself surrounding. I definitely would recommend; not just the apartments but everything to come as it really felt like home to be there."

"Old management was amazing!!! This new management is worthless at all ends. Apartment has no light fixtures in the bedrooms or common area but hey we have 6 lights in the bathroom. The appliances are cheap and run down. Put in maintenance request and was told we have to flip the breaker each time to use it and it randomly runs on it’s own so be careful your electric bill will be high! The a/c goes out and they say there’s nothing wrong when truth be told the compressor went out. You pay for parking and people just park in your assigned spot and they do nothing about it! They have the outside lights on and off randomly so you’ll walk through the dark. So they can save money. The wash bay well they turned of the water. So good luck with that. They are supposed to pick up the trash. They don’t. So overall if you are looking for an apartment. Go somewhere else!!! Save your money and time because this place is not it!"
