"Mrs Jackie is the sweetest person ever and makes amazing breakfast each morning. She is always attentive to when she needs to refill something during breakfast. She has the kindest heart and is always there to give great recommendations on what to do or just to make you smile. She made our trip so amazing and I thank her for all the hard work she puts into making sure all her guests are satisfied and happy!!"

"We had a delicious dinner next door and walked back. The room was clean, the sheets smell so fresh and the bed is very comfortable. I would defiantly book here again!"

"Room and lobby were clean. Furniture was showing wear as sofa cushions were torn and had signs of stains. I asked for early check-in and got into my room a couple hours early. Hotel seemed understaffed and front desk help didn't have direct answers. Another member of my party could not check in early and waited for a call stated when the room would be ready. They never received a call. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. We slept well. Breakfast was adequate and had a variety of selections. Overall, happy with the stay."

"The front desk staff was very kind. The room (2 bed room suites) was very spacious and clean. Kitchen had everything we needed and two bathrooms were very convenient. Hot breakfast was nice and this is our favorite hotel."

"Hubby and I have stayed at the Staybridge Suites Ofallon on 2 occasions for 1 week each time. I can't say enough about how friendly and accommodating the staff has been each time. I am having to travel to the area to have Lipedema reduction surgery with the Laser Lipo and Vein Center. The hotel has a group rate set up with the clinic and it is a really good deal. The best thing though is Jackie who works the breakfast service. She is such a joy and pleasure to be around. For breakfast each day she was there to greet us and make sure we had everything we needed. She even cut up some fruit for us to take back to the room for my post-surgery day. Sophie who works in the laundry area made sure that we had some of the patient set aside older linens to put on the bed, so we didn't have to worry about messing up new linens. The hotel had a wheelchair that I was able to use post-surgery to get from the car to the room and also a shower stool, so I didn't have to worry about keeping my balance while showering the day after surgery. We are looking forward to our next trip back in a few weeks and will be glad to stay here again."
