"Just came here for a second time to see Dr. Lillie. The office is nice and clean, easy to find, and he and the entire staff are very friendly. Dr. Lillie offered several solutions for hormonal acne flare ups and dermatitis, both times the conversation didn't feel rushed and I was happy with the level of care. The only thing holding me back from 5 stars is the wait times. The first time I came a few months ago I didn't see him until 35 minutes after my schedule appointment time, I specifically texted my husband about how this is the longest I've waited for a doctor in a while. I figured I may have caught them on a bad day and decided to go back. Today it wasn't quite as bad - I got in to see the doctor 23 minutes after my scheduled appointment, which I arrived 5 minutes early for to make sure I was checked in ahead of time. I wish they did a better job of honoring appointment times."
