"What an awful experience. First, I’m not sure about getting a procedure done in what looks like it used to be an old Burger King. Secondly, if you book your appointment they require half the money up front (which is normal). However if you try to reschedule, they ask that you do so 10 days prior (which is a little strange). What made me mad about this place was that they try to charge you an insane amount of money to make any changes to your appointment regardless of when you try to make the change. They basically won’t work with you. What kind of a doctors office does that???? This one at the old Burger King in Naperville."
