"Dr. Pozdal has been our family’s doctor for 14 years! Because we have private insurance, we decided not to sign up for a direct care membership when she changed her policies. After 2 years of frustration of never knowing where to go for advice, waiting days to make an appointment with different doctors, and paying $150 for a strep test for each kid (times 3 after the insurance covered $350 each!!!) we came back running! We always loved Dr. Pozdal no nonsense approach and respected her knowledge, but it also makes so much financial sense even when you have insurance with high deductibles!"

"Dr. Pozdal is a very informed Doctor, very patient with children, and overall a good doctor. The staff though is very unprofessional and unreliable. I had to send 4 requests through email and through phone calls for immunization records and did not receive them on time. They are very rude and hang up on you while you've been on hold. They also switched locations without giving a notice. Now, when I went to switch doctors they have been so difficult with everything. I do not reccomend anyone to use this practice. The happiest I have been with them is the fact that I do not have to deal with them anymore."
