"I’ve lived in my apartment at this location for almost a year and have had only one minimal issue - one that could happen in any home - a clogged drain, that was immediately fixed. I asked the landlord to install a wedge on the front door and it was done by the next day. He strives to keep his tenants as satisfied as possible & allows them the privacy they deserve. I do not plan on leaving anytime soon! My apartment was newly remodeled when I moved here and it is so nice! I highly recommended this location to anyone looking for an apartment! :)"
