"This was my first B&B serviced by a cool Butler. The mansion was used for our Murder Mystery party. It was the perfect setting and ambiance. Additionally, the owner was so accommodating in all areas that allowed us to execute the perfect party with ease. On the morning of our departure our breakfast was served on fine china and served by the cool Butler. The breakfast was delicious and coffee was amazing. We stayed in the Eliza suite, our room was beautiful and being that it is a historical mansion our room was nothing like a typical name brand hotel room. My girlfriend loved our stay as much as I, and she described our room as plushy and regal. The service at the mansion was stellar and beyond five stars. Hence, I would highly recommend the Villa DeWolf Mansion for your next B&B."

"Wonderful old historic mansion, beautifully updated. This mansion maintains its historic charm, with modern amenities including air conditioning and updated kitchen and bathrooms. Friendly and welcoming staff with a very witty and charming Butler named Kimo, and a great cook named Catherine. Excellent service and food served for breakfast. The owner Scotty was very friendly and welcoming. He wanted us to make ourselves at home. Scotty made it clear to us that we were welcome to use the entire villa including the kitchen at any hour. Scotty is an old cowboy philanthropist who truly enjoys helping people and making sure that they are happy. I had a wonderful time in Jacksonville. I give that dewolf villa a 5 star review. When I return to Jacksonville, the DeWolf villa is where I will be staying"

"We had an excellent stay. The owner greeted us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the mansion. He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the history of the property. Our room was ready and clean. Scott (the owner) gave us an excellent suggestion for dinner (Proud Richards). After a peaceful nights sleep, the owner made our breakfast (blueberry pancakes, fresh fruit and ham from a local meat locker). If you’re looking for a unique, historical-stay, this is the place! We will definitely be returning!"

"My husband and I recently stayed at this beautifully restored mansion. We were celebrating our 60th wedding anniversary. Years ago our first apartment was in two rooms on the second floor of this building. The restoration is amazing. The mansion is majestic, beautiful and comfortable. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts-blueberry pancakes, sausage and fresh fruit- elegantly presented in the formal dining room. This is hospitality at its best.
