"We stayed with family and friends a couple of weeks ago... Rooms were cute and clean with everything you could need. Service 2 thumbs up..!!!Jeanie you made our trip so wonderful Thank you for going out of your way for all of us. The pool area was clean the kids loved it. We are heading back to take the grandchildren for valentines day. Can't beat the prices"

"Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Not only have they violated my privacy, but they have also stolen from me while I was asleep, they literally stole my dog, and I still have yet to be able to retrieve her from the current employees there, I would strongly suggest if you are an animal lover or a pet mom or dad you do not take your furbaby there because while you’re sleeping, they will come in literally take your dog and then tell you they have her and not give her back I have reached out to the local police and the local agency in the area and so I’ve gotten nowhere in my search for my dog. How they can do this and get away with it is beyond me worst hotel ever"

"My husband and I are driving cross country and stopped at the Jacksonville Inn for a night. This is to let you know Teresa Harrison and Matthew “sorry I don’t know his last name “were absolutely marvelous. They both work at the front desk and I’ve never had such wonderful service, and trust me, my husband and I have done a lot of driving cross country. I would like this comment to go to corporate Office. Perhaps they would both get the positive recognition that they need, and maybe even a raise!"

"If you are allergic to mold do not come here. My room recked of mildew. You could feel the thick humidity in the air. I slept with my window open. The place is full of outdated, old carpeting. The breakfast was really nice redeemed them a little. Will not stay here again. The front desk lady was alright. It’s located by everything you’d ever need tho which was also appreciated."
