He is so easy to talk to, not judgmental and genuinely cares. Frank is one of the paramedics who takes care of my daughter during treatment and there is another guy who likes video games and she enjoys talking to him. I guess what I am trying to say, is my daughter is very uncomfortable around men but these guys genuinely care and make if a very safe place for my daughter to heal.
