"Avoid. Like all other reviewers billing section is worst. Even though I submitted my primary and secondary insurance they billed to secondary and not took prior authorization from primary insurance. Secondary insurance withdrew the claim. Now they are saying it is six months we cannot take prior authorization from primary carrier. Primary insurance ready to process claim but billing department finding excuses that it is too late and going to bill me. They have not taken prior authorization at first time and performed procedure. Now insurance called them to initiate pre authorization under retrocert , even though their attitude is rude. Dr Debartolo is good, only front desk billing employee attitude is rude"
