"I love this studio! Nicole is an excellent Pilates teacher; she is patient and funny. She truly cares about helping people with their health. She also offers a service called SRT; I had my first SRT session yesterday. I absolutely loved it. This is the only type of stretching I would ever pay for. She's stretching the fascia in this therapy, which is fantastic and can really help release that muscle tension most gently. I highly recommend the studio as well as the SRT.
