"I'm embarrassed to admit it, but I walked in after having bought shoes 10 years earlier in a box. I was poorly educated about athletic footwear. I received individual attention as soon as I came in. She sized my foot. Imagine that!  It was a good thing, too, because my size is different now that I'm older. We discussed what I needed, different shoes were brought to me, and I tested them out.  I learned "the runner's tie" to secure my shoes better, which helped narrow down my choice. I had no idea that shoes could fit so well! The woman helping me didn't show irritation with me with any wavering I had, or questions I asked.  I didn't feel like I didn't belong as an average person needing shoes, rather than as an athlete. The only thing I will note: the price point on the shoes here is high. Don't walk in expecting department store box shoe prices.  That said, the cost truly belies the quality you get."
