"Started going here almost 10 years ago, food was good, but after Covid, we noticed people didn’t really return to bill millers. We decided to give the sausage plate with beans and hash browns a try and the beans were inedible. They were extremely salty. The sauce on the sausage was also watery and the hash browns lacked flavor. In general the food isn’t worth stopping by the restaurant for. The service was good, the nice lady at the drive through did just fine, it’s just the food that’s a disappointment."
"I came in to get some Bill millers I used to come here all the time. I used to live down the street now I'd stop by occasionally get some cheap eats. Today was the first time I've eaten inside It wasn't terrible I just feel like it could have been just a little bit better I guess. Plenty of parking restrooms were decently clean. Overall I probably will still come by occasionally. I got two chopped sandwiches the combo It was a little messy way more than I'm used to but it tasted fine."
"I love Bill Miller and visited this location three or four times during my couple of months living in South Austin. I fondly remember eating at Bill Miller as a college student in San Antonio and had only eaten at one once in the last eight years because I moved to a different part of the state that doesn't have them. I had been warned that they no longer have the big portions from before, but I still found myself having a hearty meal and couldn't always finish it. The brisket, potato salad, cole slaw, and fries are as delicious as I remember. The seating area is clean and the bathrooms are too. Staff was friendly. Can't wait to go back once I'm back in the area!"
"Brisket and Green Beans were overdone and complete mush. Did not enjoy. Double check your food before departing."
"Stopped by one rainy morning for the first time via the drive-thru window. The line wasn't too bad and it moved fairly quick. I couldn't decide what to get so I tried the cowboy breakfast. I was a bit disappointed as the gravy was cold and there wasn't much gravy to begin with. Plenty of bacon though. Not a bad breakfast if you're in a hurry. The young lady at the window was welcoming and cheerful."
