"Couldn’t have asked for a better experience today! I signed my son up immediately for two reasons. First the instructor Jake is an excellent teacher for children. Highly recommended instructor. Second they are affordable because they have a great deal for newcomers. The value is amazing since we can go Monday to Friday at our convenience. No strict schedules to adhere to. As a dad that also did Taekwondo as a kid this is the perfect studio for me to work together with my son. I’m definitely starting as soon as I get my schedule set for both my kids. If anyone is in the Metric Blvd. area looking for martial arts classes then go here."
"I saw the add on Facebook and had to drop by to check this studio out. I dropped by and was met by the yoga instructor and a student. They were very informative and helpful in my decision to start the free week. As soon as I completed 3 sessions I was hooked and signed up for the month and at my next session I had a free yoga mat in my favorite color! What an exceptional experience and I highly recommend the yoga, martial arts and kids classes at this new location."
"Great teachers, great location, great attention to the students. I adore Jack and Juli (aka Calm Yoga). They have been so attentive and flexible. They truly care about their students and about the facility. Great vibes and greetings every time. Each class is different which has a lot of pluses and maybe some minuses but so far this works for me very well. Since there aren't a lot of students right now, I am getting a lot of one-on-one attention and I am so happy about it. I have been in a small group class with Jack for Taekwondo and he was great at dividing attention individually and collectively. I've only done the yoga classes one-on-one because I'm the only one crazy enough to be there at 7:30 :P (please let me keep it that way for April 2023 haha). I had personal trouble deciding how many classes is too many and I did overdo it making it so I wasn't well enough to do Taekwondo for a week. If you're completely new, take it easy and learn your limits. I almost took away a star for two small things but decided it is worthy of all five stars. There might be some issues with the class schedule online still (I think there is for Taekwondo but the yoga class schedule seems completely correct). There are deals that make it worthwhile. I did have some miscommunication about the discounts, so that took some discussion and clarity, but I am so glad I signed up. The normal price is $150 a month which feels like a lot but I'm on a pretty serious health journey and I believe this for several months is an investment that will help me quickly cut down on other medical costs. I'm saying it's cheaper than doctors and therapist and way more effective in some ways. But again, I'm on an extensive, painful, awkward, and expensive, healing journey. I feel very supported by the instructors here and I plan on staying for a few months. I do want to get a yoga routine down and it's my experience that 90 days with anything does a world of good. And after 90 days, I'll see where I'm at. Btw, I do heavily advise against eating at the breakfast place in that shopping center. Otherwise, the location itself is pretty good, accessible, safe."
"Excellent attention, my two daughters were there, my 7-year-old daughter was in karate and she loved going and my 13-year-old daughter in Yoga, she is autistic and it is the first time that she feels comfortable and motivated in an activity outside home and that was thanks to the attention of her teacher. Juli Thank you for everything!!! We only stopped attending because we moved from the city, otherwise without a doubt we would continue there."
