"My mom was recently referred to Dr. Jailwala regarding her diagnosis. Since the very first appointment, Dr. Jailwala has been wonderful! He is so patient, understanding, a great listener, and he explains the treatment clearly/thoroughly. My parents are asian decent and their english isnt the best, but Dr. Jailwala explains the treatment in simple form for their understanding. Part of the treatment included my mom having to make sure her dental hygiene was up to date and getting a PET scan. His team scheduled all tests/ appointments for me on the first visit. Their patient care exceeded my expectations! I completely trust the doctor and his amazing team to care for my mom. His front desk receptionist Dipal is wonderful! She made sure all my mom's doctor notes/ insurance forms/ employer forms were completed and faxed to the appropriate locations. Nibu performs the radiation for my mom and he is the kindest person.
