"I’ve been here a few times; a sick kid who couldn’t get into the pediatrician fast enough, a physical, etc. this most recent time I needed help. I developed mastitis over the course of a few hours. I was in excruciating pain and couldn’t get into my primary care. I was able to set an appointment time and walk right in to Physicians immediate care. The staff were kind, helpful, and sent me on my way with a prescription for antibiotics within a half-hour. I appreciate the service they provided for me and my family when we couldn’t get into our regular doctor. They’re our first choice when our doctor isn’t available."

"I actually had to visit this location twice within 24 hours. My first visit was with my five-year-old son and it was a great experience! We were walkins and maybe only had to wait 10 minutes or so before being seen after filling out paperwork. Robin was the nurse and she was so extremely nice and the physicians assistant was so unbelievably nice and so good with my son. She was so friendly and the way she explained everything was so wonderful and so thorough. She treated my son so well and it made me feel so comfortable. The next night I ended up accidentally cutting my finger on a knife. I called them before I came in just to make sure they did stitches in case I needed them and someone answered very quickly. I walked in, holding my finger in so much pain in the lady at the front desk was so incredibly nice. They got me in right away and she actually was able to fill out a ton of paperwork for me based off my drivers license. They saw me so quickly and I was literally in and out probably within 30 minutes. They are so extremely nice and I love it there. I love that both times I had to go there. We were seeing so quickly and really did not have to wait. I actually ended up taking my son to a different urgent care first, but they were so full and actually wouldn’t see us so I ended up coming here and so glad that we found this place! On a sidenote, they have so many cute toys for kids if you bring your kid in there! this will definitely be our go to urgent care facility. Edit: you can absolutely use it!"

"My daughter and I were there for eye pain. The pain got so intense that she started to hyperventilate and wasn’t able to breathe. They called an ambulance and helped my daughter calm down and regulate her breathing. They also gave her pain meds to help ease the suffering she was feeling. From the beginning the staff was amazing. They got her in right away and were so caring and attentive. Even though they didn’t have an exact diagnosis they were able to rule out several things. I am grateful to them for taking such genuine care of my little girl. They literally ran into our room to help calm her. Amazing women. Thank you.
