Cooper MMA is a gym located at 12129 North FM 620 in Austin, Texas, United States. We offer 2 free introductory lessons and a $50 coupon for new students. Our institution provides training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing, Muay Thai, Judo, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), Strength and Conditioning, and Self Defense for both youth and adults.

"Amazing staff and training.. Perfect for beginner's to the grappling world and epic stuff always happens here. Very schedule savvy for flexibility. And this MMA gym covers every aspect. You name it ! Even Judo and Muay Thai. I highly recommend this particular gym because it is judgment- free and clean. Sean Cooper's technique is super tight/precise. And he really likes to keep it moving. So, you gotta keep up. Although he does have to run a business, I admire his style of training and the gym itself serves as a humbling environment. "We were in town for a USFL Pankration/MMA fight. My son and his coach wanted to get a training session in late Friday afternoon before his Saturday morning fight. I called around without success until I called Cooper MMA. Sean said he was happy to have them come use his gym even though he wasn't there he made it happen for my 9 year old. His facility was awesome and had all the training equipment we could have asked for and more. It is amazing he was so accommodating to us when he never met us and knew we were from out of town. Next time we are in town we will be back! If we ever moved down here this is the gym we would train at for sure!"
"Family owned and operated. Great facility, even better instructors...my 8-year-old son loves coming here and had learned so much! The owners are kind and professional, they both teach kid classes, they are both excellent at communicating and instructing the kids in a way that keeps them engaged and making positive progress every class! Jillian and Sean Cooper are both high-level, high-skilled Jiujiteiros themselves. All of their support instructors are held to and meet the same standards the Cooper's have for themselves. It's like watching them train their own sons and daughters. We highly recommend this Jiu-jitsu academy, Cooper MMA, to anyone and everyone! All ages, kids to adults.
