"I called to make an appointment and they scheduled me for 11. They then called back and said they accidently scheduled me for the wrong day and there wasn't actually an appointment available but we were already in the parking lot so my husband went in and asked if it was possible to get us in and they did. I had been struggling with vertigo for about a week and Andrew was great. He listened to my concerns and what was actually bothering me and I left feeling better than when I went in. I look forward to working with him more to get this issue solved."
