She and her staff are professional, encouraging, and effective at creating a plan to best suit your needs to ensure your path to a successful recovery. Amy's approach is personal and customized, always with your best interest at heart. She provides focused 1:1 attention while providing feedback on how you're doing. She really excels at explaining the various techniques she's implementing and truly cares about you as a person, not just as a patient. I also had a couple sessions with Dr. Alex for a different issue: vertigo symptoms. He did a very thorough assessment up front to determine the root cause and, through well-established balance techniques, provided me with immediate relief. In addition, Front Desk Coordinator Kim is so friendly, welcoming, helpful, and efficient at scheduling and managing any insurance questions.
