"Very condescending rude teenagers working there,, always a hassle trying to ask question. they pretend like they cannot hear you. I have had this experience multiple times. you can the stress on there faces as if there job is a challenge. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES IN CUSTOMER SERVICE Also months back I went inside for a smoothie and the girls made it and set it on the counter out of my pov and they let me sit on my for for 15 mins until I asked… these employees have to come from snobby parents… they are rude every single time."

"I pulled up at 8:40 tonight and they shut the open light off. I looked it up and they didn’t close until 9. They were rude and unprofessional."

"This location has been extremely inconsistent in quality since they opened. They are often not open during posted times. They often have issues with their mobile orders. I just went to pick up an order I made on the mobile app. They claimed they never received it. Wouldn't just make the order or give me a refund, though I had the order from their own app showing that I made an order from their store and was charged. I had to look up an email address online ro find a way to request a refund. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time something like that has happened. We won't be coming back to this location anymore."
