"I visited this gym the other day to take a private lesson with Matt Smith, the grappling coach, and I was very impressed by both the lesson and the facility. Matt’s knowledge and attention to detail is inspiring and the lesson was worth every penny. I learned several gems that immediately improved my wrestling. The gym itself was extremely clean and had a unique, welcoming atmosphere. There’s ample mat space, a comfortable waiting and reception area, and the bathrooms are in really good shape.
